Bianca Smith, MSML, LMT has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since June 2004. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University in 2003, she graduated from The Nevada School of Massage Therapy in May 2004 and began working in the spa setting thereafter. Being “the change” she wanted to see, Bianca decided to return to school and earned her master’s degree in management and leadership in 2022.

Bianca’s core values include meeting the individual needs of every client in her care. She has found her passion and joy after becoming a Reiki Master, teacher and practitioner. Forever expanding, learning and growing, Bianca also enjoys her work as a certified hypnotist, specializing in past life regression.
Her massage therapy industry experience ranges from chiropractic assistant, instructor, career services manager, poker room/seated massage therapist, 5-Star Spa service provider, private practice owner, compliance inspector, education advisory board member, curriculum writer, volunteer, article writer, continuing education provider, lead massage therapist, clinic general manager and Board Executive Committee member as Secretary and Treasurer.
In 2003 she moved to Nevada from Cleveland, Ohio, enrolled in and graduated from The Nevada School of Massage Therapy (NSMT) in May of 2004 and passed the national certification exam one month later. Enjoying her career as a massage therapist led her to learn Reiki and became a Reiki expert and teacher in January 2012. Reiki allows Bianca to further help people with relaxation, pain management and energy balancing.
​Bianca worked for the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy as a Compliance Inspector and in 2020 became the first Black Woman (and person of color) appointed to the NV State Board of Massage Therapy. Her hard work and dedication lead to being elected as Secretary and Treasurer of the Board in 2024.
She started her own business with a vision to further her career as a Reiki expert teacher, hypnotist, and continuing education provider for massage therapists. Each therapeutic session is customized to meet the individual needs of every client that is in her care.
